The apartment was ok for business meetings. Quiet, somewhat clean, easy ground floor access, easy parking.

BEWARE: NO INTERNET AT THE APARTMENT!!! The location is far away from everything, so be ready to drive for anything you need. It's missing extension cords because the plugs are far from the couch, or you must move the couch in order to be closer to the plugs. The terrace is not private since people can look inside because of broken tarp that was put around the metallic enclosure. The light bulbs are hospital white and not warm, so bring your own light bulbs or be blinded by hospital lighting. No coffee, no welcoming courtesy water or anything.... no extra sheets, no ice trays.... anyways, this is a bare listing. The price is affordable so choose your limitations and comfort.
