The ocean is just across the street , really calm neighborhood , the flat has all facilities you may ever need and the sound of waves at night is just pure magic !!

great localization and large size of apartment. also nice assist of Miguel and Mora.

To be improved

for sure you need to replace toaster and water kettle. first one is half broken and second gives bad taste water - probably because of materials used inside kettle. would be good also to look into toilet. i am not sure if it doesn’t need any further reparation. up to you.
