The apartment is great, and the fact that you can access the pools is a nice bonus. You have everything you need inside. Be careful, the pools only open at 10 in the morning!

To be improved

The communication with the host was unfortunately horrible. The instructions were not clear on where exactly the apartment is, how to reach the apartment from the security office. Also, responsiveness in key moments was not good, which led to us needing about an hour to actually enter the appartment after we got to the appartment complex. I was never in the situation to have to communicate so much with a host in order to be able to enter an apartment. There was also an issue about the 50 EUR to be paid for pool access and parking, because the only accepted payment method is paypal and if you don't have a paypal account, there is no way for you to pay the 50 EUR deposit. I tried to explain this to her, even asked for her help to show me how to do it if she was so sure that it works, because she was insisting that it is possible to transfer the money without a paypal account, but I was met with hostility and made to feel stupid (I am neither old, not stupid, I work in IT and can use any type of technology). She even announced Booking that I am so incompetent and a Booking agent called me to inform me that I will not have access to parking and the pool. The situation was eventually solved by me creating a paypal account against my will and transferring her the money (which was paid back promptly, this was not the issue). So yeah, unfortunately, my experience with this host was the worst I ever had.

The best

Everything ! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious and communication with Maria Jose was great ! Everything was so great we extended our stay ! A comfortable bed, a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, a balcony to leave our bicycles, and everything was super clean. Highly recommend !

The best

It had everything you needed and more, felt like home. Could have been tricky to find, but the owner gave excellent instructions which made it very easy. The place is a gem.

Master bed mattress getting a bit old, but lovely linen.
