The best

Nicely located right next to the San Mamés stadium. Everything is in walking distance, if you want to discover the city by foot. In case you travel by car, the parking is located about 700 meters away. For trips outside the city you are very fast on the autoroute that is connecting the surrounding area. The apartment itself is equipped with everything needed.

To be improved

In the evening, you got the impression that the neighbors upstairs were playing musical chairs. ;-)

“Good location, but only for a short stay”
The best

Location is good, close to the city center. Host made good restaurants recommendations and was always available for questions. Good bathroom. Many towels were provided.

To be improved

The apartment is very dark - 3 windows have to be closed by curtains as those are looking into a small, ugly-looking backyard. Uncomfortable beds, especially the sofa in the living room. Parking is located ~1km (10 mins) away from the apartment, it is tricky to load/unload luggage if you travel by car (nearby parking usually full). The host refused to use his parking until 1pm though the check-in time starts 2pm.
