Quiet location. Easy to go to the town centre by car. Really clean. Very good facilities.

To be improved

Place was wet. Maybe a dehumidifier could be of help.

The best

It’s 20 mins away by bus or underground from CONCHA beach.. it’s 5-10 min walk to bus or underground. Euskal pizzas make good pizza you can bring home. Sofa uncomfortable. Daughter’s mattress next to main bedroom was lumpy. Otherwise lovely apt. Nice park access the road. Graffiti makes area look rundown.

“Great inside apartment, location intimidating”
The best

Well equipped and spacious apartment. The owners put lots of thought into the apartment, with automatic keys, lots of kitchen equipment and great to have a washing machine. It is located conveniently on a metro line straight into the city, yet also close to major motorways to explore the region.

To be improved

We were shocked in arrival that the apartment seemed to be in a massive council estate, full of graffiti and all sorts of people around. It didn't look a safe or friendly place to be, this was a disappointment

“Very comfortable stay with great location to access central San Sebastian”
The best

Spacious appartment with good facilities, near to the excellent metro and with several cafe/bars immediately close. Quiet inspite of the nearby main road and easy access to garage by lift. Excellent wi-fi handling four users! Dont be put off by the large appartment blocks- the central plazas with cafes etc are very welcoming and have a happy buzz of all ages in the community.

To be improved

Not a lot - We suggested to the host that 4 wine glasses would have been nice and , because of the one way road system, a map of how to get to the garage entrance from the front of the appartment would be very helpful.
