To be improved

They called me 10 minutes after I arrived to say the person to open was coming from Santiago so would take over one hour, I found somewhere else to stay as it was also too far from Finisterre and when I explained the lady she said they had only told her the minute she called me even whe I had booked one week before. So I lost my money but at least didn't waste my time ( I had spent all day travelling and needed rest) I say I'll enter at a certain time and they call me when I'm already there to say I have to wait over one hour... Then why do they ask in advance what is my arrival time? The management of this booking was horrible and forced me to pay extra somewhere else to stay... So sad.
