Apartamento en Torrevieja Alicante

During our stay, we experienced several issues with the apartment. There were constant problems with electricity – for instance, the stove and oven couldn’t be used simultaneously. The kettle didn’t work at all and was simply taken away without replacement, so we had to boil water in a saucepan. The main room was very dark, and there was only one air conditioner for the entire apartment, which didn’t manage to cool the space effectively. We had to keep the room doors open all the time, compromising our privacy. In winter, the apartment was quite cool, and when we checked in, we found that the windows had been left open with the roller blinds down, making it even colder at night. Additionally, keep in mind that if you check in outside the specified time, the host may charge you a 59€ fee for waiting for the check-in staff. This was not mentioned to us in advance. Upon arrival, they also forgot to provide blankets, duvet covers, and towels, which made the apartment feel like it was prepared for summer living. After a reminder, we received these items, but communication during check-in was only in Spanish, which made it difficult to understand everything. The soundproofing in the apartment was very poor, and we could hear all the noise from our neighbors, who were not quiet at all. Furthermore, there were surveillance cameras inside the apartment, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
