Nice apartment needs a little TLC location is really good

No kettle sent message No response door is a bit intermittent handle keeps sticking we stopped there last year kettle was provided

To be improved

Could not get in the property tried calling to get help no one spoke any English and put the phone down on me twice found a lovely Spanish lady who managed to help us she phoned the only number we had and spoke to them and they were rude to her aswell and refused to give her any answers to help us because she wasn't the person on booking in the end we got in due to her reading all the emails I had received in Spanish and found out how to gain access
