Close to beach. Lift in block

To be improved

No oven big deal this for us. . Only 2 single sockets in kitchen (bought a double socket) sofa is shot. You can feel springs Washing machine not been looked after. Dampness in front bedroom due to problem in bathroom musty. No welcome pack about do or don’t or about the area.
