Misleading information in booking.com. We were not informed in booking.com or at the time of confirming booking that we were going to be charged 250 euros bond at the time of collecting the keys. Considering the condition of the property charging a bond at the start of the booking was not justified. I doubt the company has done any property condition inspection in a long time. Photos do not correspond to the property. No air conditioning in second bedroom, unbearable in 35 degree days. Dirty, damaged walls and ceilings (main bedroom's ceiling completely covered by water damage stains), damaged and dated furniture, mold in shower, dirty and damaged curtains that are too long and are a tripping hazard, broken toilet seat, lights very dirty and some not working. Washing machine decades old, did not wash the clothes properly. Management has not responded to my email. I would never rent anything from Vacaciones and Bienestar again.
