Apartamento Estepona lll

Mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but I'm very picky.

We booked this apartment from December 15th 2024 till January 3rd 2025. Our first night was terrible: the bed sagged. My wife has a bad back and could hardly get out of bed the next morning. It was impossible for her to sleep in that bed for 19 nights. We sent a whatsapp to the apartment manager about this. He suggested that if we would check out the same day he would ask the owner for a refund. And so we did. But when we contacted the owner he refused to give us a refund and the manager didn’t respond to our messages anymore. There were some more issues: one chair in the living room missed a screw and because that it was too weak to sit on the lock of the door of the second bathroom was broken (it couldn't be locked) the vacuum cleaner was half broken: the cord did not go in properly because the button got stuck and when you pulled the vacuum cleaner forward on the hose the flap opened a few skirting boards were half loose there was hardly any china available there were rusty tools and dusty tiles in the cupboard and at the day we were checking out a man from the energycompany came at the door and told us that they were going to cut of the electricity etc.etc. My advice: don’t book this apartment!
