Scam you for more money by charging AC that was listed as already included in fee. Required you to pay cash. They force you to pay or won’t turn it on. They do not allow you to open the windows either, so basically you either pay for the AC or die from heat. You have to wait for them to check every drawer, refrigerator, turn on TV to make sure it’s still working, look at the small trash if you left anything and if you leave trash, they could charge you more. If you stain their towels, they would charge you. They put threats all over the apartment on these. Their WIFI password written on one page of their welcoming brochure is if you leave trash, they will charge you extra. They check all before they will give you the deposit back, wasting your time sitting there while they inspect when you check out. If you’re rushing to go to the airport, forget it, you’ll run the risk of missing it!!

Run out of soap in the shower

AVOID! Charged me €30 for the mechanical failure of an electric blind - I touched only the switch as demonstrated. It is not correct to charge a guest for normal property maintenance like toilets or blinds. ALSO they failed to answer me when I complained on Booking.com. AND they charge extra per night for air conditioning - there is a padlock on the controls!! AND they insist on a CASH deposit on arrival but refuse to refund it in cash. Something not right here - I have never experienced any of these 3 issues in hundred of stays, I recommend staying elsewhere.
