You could not have the heater or cooler on at the same time as the washer or microwave. Only one appliance at a time could be on. You can not charge two devices at once. We could not wash clothes which is why we rented the apartment because we needed heat to be warm and could not have the heat on at the same time as the washer. You could not watch tv and have the heater or cooler on. The battery on the heater remote control was flashing low battery the whole time and finally died. Internet was horrible. Construction on building starts are 8 am Checkout is 10 am. She said because a lady needs to come clean. Since check in is not until 5 pm who needs 7 hours to clean a tiny place? Cleaning lady should bring clean linens from home. this place could be cleaned in less than a half hour top to bottom and linens changed. let people stay later or check in earlier. Keys were a mess. The key would not work for front or back gate. we needed to wait for someone to come out or go in for us to get in. The back gate we had to walk way around because the keys would not work after we parked. Shower. a whole other story. I was going to leave a better rating until I showered. The shower is so small you can’t turn around and the hot water lasts about two minutes. Washing long hair was a big issue in cold water. the couch is so uncomfortable and the cover on it was dirty. There is no heat or cool in the bedroom. The bedding and towels are very worn.
