“A very good central point to any trip to the mountains or seaside, west or east from Oviedo.”

Everything was either perfect or very good. It is worth sleeping over there and paying the extra fee for the taxis. Appoximately 8 EUR one way to the city center. There is an enourmous Carrefour opposite to the appartment house. There is a very lively Gastro bar just on the corner with pretty and kind waitresses.

To be improved

Then only drawback was the garbage collecting at 2:50 (not collecting in a very taking care, silent mode). However my partner sleeping next room heard nothing of it. If possible, ask the host for an appartment facing the nice roundabout full of flowers.

The best

Everything was excellent! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light during the day. It had all the appliances you could need, and they even provided coffee, which was a really nice touch. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby, including Mercadona and Carrefour. It’s a perfect place if you’re traveling with your own car, as it’s very well connected to the main highways that take you to the top attractions in Asturias. It’s also quite close to Oviedo’s city center. The parking garage is fantastic—very spacious and easy to access. You do need to reserve it and pay extra, but it’s absolutely worth it for the convenience. The apartment is definitely worth it. It’s peaceful at night, and if you’re traveling in winter, they have proper heating. The showers work perfectly, and the beds were super comfortable. Highly recommended!

To be improved

Honestly, nothing major. I didn’t notice any air conditioning, so it might get a bit warm in the summer. If you open the windows, you might hear some street noise. But it wasn’t hot during my stay, so I can’t say for sure how it would be in hotter months.

“Oviedo is a real gem and the apartment was very convenient”

The best

Very well appointed, spotlessly clean & comfy beds. Clean building and lifts directly from parking to apartment. Very convenient to local cafes, supermarkets, deli & bakery. An easy walk to down. Secure, large and very convenient underground parking bay.

To be improved

It no air conditioning or a fan - it lacked cooling and ventilation. In the morning we could open the windows but later we had to draw down the shutters to keep the heat out. At night street noise is also an issue when the windows are partially open and even with the shutters down.
