The place had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. Additionally, I spotted cockroaches in the kitchen, which was extremely off-putting. Hygiene and cleanliness clearly need urgent attention.

Location is top, new equipments at home, really clean, the first facilities things (soap, shampoo, hand dishwasher, etc) were provided by agency.

To be improved

There is no sunlight in the flat, hair dryer is very bad quality and was not working properly, there was quite storing mould in the bathroom, and strong bad small always in the bathroom from not cleaned pipes. Staff did not reply once I shared direct feedback with them after.

“Great location. Clean apartment, but very small. No natural light. Not good for 6 people.”

The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The local neighbourhood was excellent with many cafes, bars and restaurants. We felt very safe there.

To be improved

The apartment is actually quite small. The photos show it as much bigger than it really is. In my personal opinion, it should advertise for 4 people, not 6. And with one small bathroom, my family could not imagine how 6 people could share such a small space for any length of time. Also, the utensils provided in the kitchen were very basic. For example, the bottle opener was broken, and some wine glasses would have been nice. No one likes to drink lovely Spanish wine out of a half litre glass.
