The communication of the host was very poor. We requested a crib months in advance because we were traveling with our toddler. Our request was not answered until very close to our arrival. When we asked again, our request was denied. Also, during our stay, the code for the main entrance door stopped working. We had a problem because there was only one key. Although I informed the host about the situation, he did nothing to solve the problem. Although the house was generally clean, there was no detailed cleaning. Most of the items in the kitchen cabinets were stained or dirty. We had to wash them all again before using them. There was not enough soap, toilet paper and paper towels. We bought our own basic needs from the market for our 5-day trip.

Lock on the door to apartment building faulty, so the keypad does not operate it. Therefore, issues getting into building on arrival. Once we had the keys, we were able to get access, although still a bit tricky because of the lock. Also, the key for our apartment itself did not work very well.

When I tried to get the address, after not hearing from anyone, I was told they couldn’t find my booking and would call me back. Some hours later after providing my info no booking found. Someone from another company called and said I didn’t have a booking with them!!! No kidding. Called again wanting the address as we were leaving the next day and a man hung up on me. Finally after a wasted afternoon someone gave me the address. I’ve travelled the world using air bnb, Vrbo, booking etc and never been treated so badly. Also there were many details overlooked which added up to major inconvenience. No tray for dish drain board, ok so use dishwasher, no soap, no plug for kitchen sink, no tea towel, no instructions for anything, sheets too small for bed. It’s like a show home with no conviences. Would not recommend.
