We booked a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, but once we got there the doorman told us the toilet in one of the bathrooms was leaking water to the downstair’s apartment and to not use it. We informed our landlord about it, but it didn’t get fixed until we left. It’s no wonder it was leaking since both toilets were not even screwed to the floor, they were wobbly. Even the shower of the other bathroom was imposible to use because of it tiny size. Also the beds were so uncomfortable and every time we moved, it creaked very loudly which made it hard to sleep.

The apartment was functional for 2 nights that we mostly spent out there visiting and it is located 10-15min walk to all nice places to visit in Sevilla. The neighborhood is very quiet and the windows are on the patio side so you don't hear any cars.

To be improved

We wanted to use the AC as Sevilla can get pretty hot but it wasn't working. We asked for help with the phone number that was provided and no one answered even if we were texting in the right timeframe. We tried to call and no one picked up the phone. The apartment was not totally clean when we got in, they didn't clean the glass coffee table nor vacuumed the sofa that had long black hair on it, and I don't think they wash the decorations cushions that they put in the bed between each booking. The ratio quality/price is okay but I don't think anyone likes to be other people's dirt. After I started doubting about the rental company's honesty and professionalism, I checked the list of equipment and I don't think it is accurate, be careful if you expect a kettle as there is none...
