“Worst check-in, bad comunication, overall good place”

The beds were confortable, and the appartment was clean. The space is overall nice.

To be improved

At arrival the keys were not the right ones, the app they use to open the door wasn't working, we had to wait roughly 3 hours to get to the appartment with the help of a locksmith (after a 8h drive). Arrived at 10pm, entered the appartment at 1am - after a 8h car drive. The next morning, WiFi was not working, we had to stay in the appartment until 1pm (lost all morning) so that someone could give us a pair of keys and fix the WiFi (wich was did not get fixed, for the all stay). A lot of pans were damaged, and there is a big hole on the kitchen ceiling (wich did not bother us much, but could be fixed). We did not even got an apology. Comunication with the host was, from our experience, terrible. The bare minimum would be to at least offer us a parcial reimburse for the trouble caused at 1st night and 1st morning. 3 out of 10 because at least beds were confortable and the space was overall nice.
