“Home away from home”

We stayed at this property for several weeks while moving between houses so we really needed a place where our daily work and school routines wouldn’t be disrupted: this apartment really hit the spot. First of all, when you get there you are greeted by your own entrance: just for you, super private! You open the gate and find your own patio, perfect to enjoy a drink, host a bbq or let your kids play outside in a 100% safe environment. The apartment is fully (and I mean FULLY) equipped, from kitchen appliances to pots, pans, plates, glasses… you name it. You know those service apartments with two plates and a pan? Well this is NOT one of those! There is literally everything you need to cook yourself a full 5 star meal. Dishwasher and washing machine are also provided to make your life easier. The apartment features three bedrooms, each with closets and bedside tables and two bathrooms and everything is very new and clean. Clothes rack, iron, hairdryer, even toys for the beach are provided as well. The WiFi works pretty well. The compound includes a swimming pool for residents, which is very convenient if you don’t feel like walking less than five minutes to the beautiful San Juan beach. The location of this apartment couldn’t be better: it’s two blocks away from the beach and surrounded by all kinds of bars and restaurants, plus right in front of the compound there is a grocery store open 24/7 and another well stocked supermarket is just two blocks away. The property comes with a private parking space which is truly convenient on weekends and holidays, when the otherwise quiet neighborhood becomes a lively hotspot popular with local and tourists alike. Last but not least, communication with both the agency and the owner has been really smooth and easy. We enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay at this property over and over again.

The best

The apartment was fantastic for families. It has everything that you would need for a week- so so well equipped. The outside space is also excellent and very safe for small children!

To be improved

We arrived at the apartment on the day that we booked it and we had difficulty checking in but that was because we only booked about an hour before we needed to check in as we had issues with our previous apartment. We assumed that it was a holiday complex but it turned out to be a privately owned property, which was absolutely perfect once we did manage to check in the following day.
