Absolutely ruined furniture first days we had no hot water accommodation smells strange furniture is ruined the same goes for the door handles the bathroom itself has mould and is semi-destroyed after we left we caught bedbugs

The advert stated the property had 5 beds, but in reality, it only had 4. The single beds included an additional mattress underneath the top mattress, but this is not equivalent to having a proper fifth bed, which was needed for our guest. We were disappointed to find that the description did not match the reality. Furthermore, customer service did not even offer an apology for this misrepresentation.

1. only 1 roll  toilet paper for 5 person for 4 nights, it is unreasonable. Communicated with host but they said they are not hotel service, so we should buy it by ourselves. 2. the shower head cover is broken, always fallin down when shower 3. the cylinder door of the shower base can't open, so the water was spread outside, I need to sweep the floor every night 4.the sink in bathroom can't drain 5.not suitable to stay with over 4 person, knowing that there are only 4 bed when made a booking, the sofa in living room is not a sofa bed, and only 4 pillows. Asked for 1 more pillow, however, no feedback 6. only one air conditioning in living room, there are 3 rooms but only 2 fans, it is not enough in summer. 7. the elevator is only for 3 person each time 8. If you choose to pick up the key from security box where is different location The problems for 2 to 4 were reported, however, didn't fix it
