Apartamento Florazar 2, 8ºC

The apartment looked good in photos ,but in reality, it is really different, the owner should think also about the relaxation of the clients. 1) The furnitures & fixtures are very old. [sofa is old,dusty, threadbare & sagging]. 2) washing machine is old and it creates a very weird sound. 3) No hand soap when we came to the apartment. 4) Bed is too small and the mattress is not comfortable at all [ you gonna suffer if you are 1.90cm or more]. 5) A bad smell comes out of the bathroom even if you clean them. 6) greasy glasses, cups and oven. 7) The roller shutter was not working from the first day and the owner said that she will send someone to fix it. [ No body came when we were there]. I received a message today from the owner 1 hour before check out that we have to go out because someone will come to fix it hahah ]. The room cannot be dark …… 8) The big swimming pool was empty and no note was mentioned before we book the property. 9) Make sure to rent a car as Cullera is far from Valencia city center [50 KMs]. 10) If you are not from Spain. Avoid going during this period as they are just preparing for summer vacation. Not a lot of restaurants open and food choices are very limited.

actually, enough problems, 1. internet disappeared after three days of stay. staff couldn’t help. 2. if you turn on two or more appliances, a main breaker blow and you have to wait about 10 minutes to turn it on again. But to my luck I am electrician. 3. we didn't have a kettle, kitchen and bathroom stuff like soup, shampoo, ferry washing liquid and more different necessary stuff which you can't bring with you. 4. For summer time there is no air conditioning
