The best

Great location for having a car and travelling all over Murcia and out to Alicante, Cartagena etc. Parking spot and amount of room each a massive plus.

To be improved

Specifically, kitchen was unclean and couldn't use. Single bed was really uncomfortable (pokey springs) and smelt unwashed, plus drawer under bed kept falling (which hurt as it landed on shins and feet). We were only given duvet sheets, no duvet (did find these in drawer). Although towels were washed they were put back damp. Had balcony but no clothes rack, also no chairs or table out there to then enjoy it. Bath was not properly clean (hair in sink and bath). Had to change plans on the fly so not as relaxing as it should have been.
