“Unresponsive and unprofessional host. Apartment ok location. Wouldn’t recommend at all”
To be improved

They didn’t send the info until a day before of arrival when I asked for it. Towels and sheets are for rent, not included. I asked for them but when we got to the apartment they weren’t there. Host didn’t answer calls or text, we had to go back to the office and they still charged for them. Apartment had dirty floors.
