“Illegal Let. No Air-Con in bedrooms.”

The apartment was modern. Although it wasn't used the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need with complimentary coffee and water.

To be improved

1. After booking I was advised I had to pay extra to use a second bedroom although the listing said i had use of the entire property. 2. Check-in was appalling as we couldn't find the key box as it wasnt where they said it was. It was actually hidden in the doorway of a garage across the road. Not even on the property. 3. Pan scrub was second hand. 4. No Tea Towel or Kitchen Roll. 5. Utility area locked so couldn't use the washing machine. 6. No Air-Con in Bedrooms (illegal) and only a fan in one and at the end of a very warm May the heat was unbearable. 7. Iron broken & no suitable ironing board. 8. No water pressure on sink in bathroom. 9. Sliding door on bathroom offered no privacy whatsoever. 10. Cobwebs on window frames. 11. HDMI ports on TV not accessible. 12. Complimentary Toiletries empty. 13. No area information in apartment.
