Clogged shower drain and a few items and things like door handles around the house were damaged but that’s normal wear and tear that could be easily fixed

The hosts was delay in answers, take almost 24 hours to reply simply questions, not let toilet paper enough, not towel enough for whole period, the keys was extremely difficult to get, because he would like to say by phone the door code, I understand for safety, but my family didn't get 3g phone right in up arrival, they come from Brazil 12 hours flight, they would like to rest a little bit before looking for internet, and administrative things, so how they would call for the code? so was very stressful to get the key

It was the worst experience I ever had with booking properties. I arrived at the apartment’s adress at 1 am and no one answered our calls to the give us the check in information and the exactly door location. We stayed 2 hours in the middle of the night at a suspicious street to manage our booking apartment. They just answered our calls when we entered on contact directly with booking assistance. After all of this , they don’t give us any refund of our reservation. Also , the apartment doesn’t have any sound isolation and it is located at a noisy street . It was very difficult to rest there. Everything went wrong. I don’t recommend at all this apartment. It was horrible.
