“Perfect location for city break”
The best

The location is perfect for a city break in Madrid. Tho, from photos, I was lead to believe there are 2 different rooms with a door in between. Actually, there is no door and it seems to be some kind of false wall in between which is not what I expected.

Great location, it was clean, I like mirrors everywhere. They let us check in earlier so I’m very thankful for that! You can see that it’s on 5ft floor without elevator before booking so it was not a problem for us, the stairs weren’t that bad.

To be improved

Cracked floor it was very dangerous, we kept tripping over it all the time Also it was very cold inside, small heater wasn’t enough we were freezing

You don't really use keys to access the property. Before your arrival, you'll get instructions on how to access the property which is quite easy. The location was the best part of the stay. Very easy to find and close to EVERYTHING.

To be improved

OMG, the floor tiles were HORRIBLE. They had wholes, were unstable and felt like they would break at any time. I didn't mind that there was no lift. I'm always looking to get my steps in. However, staying here during summer can be quite frustrating. They have a small portable AC for the entire apartment. Though, the place is not that big, the small AC was just not enough. Especially in a loft during the summer in Madrid.
