The best

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. On a very busy street but the unit is so high up and well insulated that you hear no street noise. Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Facilities are modern, upgraded, and immaculately clean.

“Great place in Gran Via”
The best

Fantastic location right in heart of Madrid at Gran Via. Surprisingly, the apartment actually looks bigger and nicer than the photos show (and it is definitely larger than the size written of 17 m2!). It also has a fully equipped kitchen.

To be improved

The room is at top floor so the slanted ceiling is quite annoying, especially at the bedroom and bathroom. The building's elevator is quite old too, but it felt safe and was fast enough so no real issues there.
