Nice, budgetary option to stay in Tenerife. Close to a university and metro, both important for me. The price was reasonable, the apartment was comfy and clean. Everything needed was there. Wi-fi words fine.

Everything was nice. Apartment has everything you need for the short stay. Location is nice. It was not hard to find parking spot around.

“Great place with all you need.”

The best

Great place close to La Laguna city center and the Guajara campus. The apartment is close to everything, we mostly needed to access the university, but both La Laguna and Santa Cruz are easily accessible by public transport/car too. The amenities are great, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry stuff, etc. The street is fairly calm, too.

The location is excellent, it is very close to the station Gracia of Tram line 1, which is the basis of the public travel system in Santa Cruz - La Trinidad. There is nice market ("SuperDino") close to the flat. The surrounding of the location is nice and quite.

To be improved

The internet provider (VODAFONE) quited the line two times for one-one hour, which was surprising. (This is not the fault of the owner of the appartman.) The description of the key-box could be a little bit more precise at arrival.
