“Avoid like the plague”

Location in old town and on a quiet cul de sac. Leaving!

To be improved

Host didn't meet us at flat or send key code in advance. Had to phone. Twin room just fitted 2 beds with almost no floor space. Flat was refurbished in the worst cowboy, DIY fashion. Electrics dodgy, shower leaked, utility windows didn't open, kitchen very badly equipped, a broken chair. Photos on booking.com misleading. We were on first floor but photos were of top floor. Book elsewhere

“Great place for carmen barrio”

The best

It is good value for the money. Quiet place, walking distance to museums, mercado, everything related to the center. Nice terrace, comfortable bed.

To be improved

Maybe the furniture is a bit old, if you mind this. And little problems opening the downstairs door, from time to time.

“Convenient location but the grubbiness and damaged sink, drip from upper floor ceiling were very off putting.”

Access to the park, public transport and city centre is really good. Shops nearby and buses too.

To be improved

The sink was broken, water spilling onto floor, we couldn’t use it. The place needed a deep clean and we did find the entrance lock very difficult to use.

“Comfortable apartment in excellent location”

The best

The apartment was very close to the old town, the Turia park and the bus station. The apartment was well furnished.

To be improved

There were 5 flights of stairs to get up to the apartment. The provision of crockery was poor, for example there was only one coffee mug.
