“Disappointing”

As you see in pictures, but quite ‘aged’. Location is good for us, who don’t like the buzzing in the village, so for those who search for views and peace it is ideal. However, the building is quite badly maintained and again, ‘aged’, and it was noisy in the evenings as maybe other families in the building do not consider that there may be others who are not interested in loud music or slamming of doors. At checking in, there was no key as instructed so we had to stay in the hallway for about 20/ 30 minutes until I managed to speak to the ‘host’ and they came to open the door. When we got in, the flat was cold, beds had not been made, and although we were told that the flat had been cleaned, I wonder if it had been properly so. The host offered to call the cleaner again to make the beds, but we were just too tired to wait another 20 minutes after a 10-hr journey, and made the beds ourselves. The furniture was ‘basic’, which is ok, but there were some broken ones, like the hanger in the main bedroom, and the TV console doors whose open wouldn’t shut. Also, the door to the balcony did not shut properly, so as it was quite a windy night, the flat was cold and noisy with the draft getting in. As a whole, a disappointing experience with the stay, as we realised that we would not have paid much more had we stayed in the 4 (and 5) star hotels in Sierra Nevada.

“Spacious apartment”

The best

Beautiful, very clean and cosy apartment..newly renovated and spacious. The management were very attentive and answered our questions quickly.

To be improved

All great.. The only recommendation I would have is to put number of garage space over the door as it would make it easier to find.
