Apartamento ideal para familias

The unique downside was the walkup for my elderly father. Once installed, he was very comfortable.

Absolutely freezing in the apartment and didn't warm up all week. This over-rides all other aspects. First impressions bad. The apartment is located in a rough, narrow side street surrounded by demolished buildings. The entrance and stairs are very ugly. As mentioned by others, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with six flights of stairs to scale with luggage and shopping without lift or help from host. No view from any window except two bedrooms which overlook demolished houses with hills on the horizon. The apartment was equipped with thought at one time but now appears in need of care and maintenance; handle missing from kitchen cupboard, toilet roll holder dangling from wall, chipped floor tiles, old and lumpy dining chairs. No plug for bathroom basin so the morning wash consists of a quick splash from a running tap in a freezing room. Bedrooms basic.
