“The best place to spent summer holidays in Benidorm for it's value”

The location is perfect! The views from the balcony are incredible - you live on the beach! Also covered parking was a very good option in hot summer days. There was more then enough place for a family on 4 person. Very fast response from rental company. The part of the beach that is situated near apartments is not crowded even at the day time.

To be improved

In summer you need to pay 10 euro / day for using an air conditioner, it is a little confusing, because it is impossible to live there in summer without it. Also, the strangest thing i have ever seen is that there are no remote controls for the air conditioners in the room (there are only 2, one in the hall and one in the bedroom where there are 2 beds). When we arrived, the air conditioner in the bedroom was working at full power, and in the living room it was barely cooling. Obviously, the temperature settings were set incorrectly. As a result, in order to change this, a person from the rental company came who had a remote control for the air conditioners, he set the maximum cooling in the living room and the minimum in the bedroom. When we asked if we could keep the remote control, he answered negatively. For what reason the tenants cannot adjust the air conditioner settings themselves, it remains unclear to me.

Travelling into benidorm itself to pick up the keys, Bed wasnt the best abit uncomfortable. The towels could have been a lot better, they were very thin and not very absorbing.

“Exceptional”

The best

The view 😍! We had a fabulous week at the imperial. The apartment was spotlessly clean and so well equipped, and the beds were so comfortable. It is in a great location with everything you need, supermarkets and eating places on the doorstep, and only 20 minutes walk into the lively town. It was so peaceful and quiet during our stay, we couldn't have asked for more.
