Тhe location and the apartment was great but the sheets and towels wasn't clean.

We were disappointed for two reasons. One is that although we reported that upon check-in there were stains and hairs on the sheets and towels as if they were not clean and washed, no one came either to bring us new ones or to change them. This is the first time something like this has happened to us. it's extremely unpleasant. And the other reason is that we asked to leave our luggage 30 minutes earlier so that we could visit the Alcazar of the Christian Monarchs, because they wouldn't let us in with our luggage. They didn't let us in early and we missed the Alcazar because at 2 it was already closed and the next day it wasn't open either so we never got to visit it.

“Pleasant”

The best

Loved the location, it's in the middle of all sightseeing and attractions. The building is pretty also and new on the inside.

To be improved

The smell of the bathroom sewers was excruciating and did not go, the kitchen was not as well equipped. The block was incredibly noisy, literally you hear every pin drop and difficult to sleep. The lock app did not work at all. Useless
