“I wouldn't stay there again”

The apartment was very central and the key was easy to get. The first communication with the host was good. The bed was comfortable.

To be improved

There was no utilities in the kitchen, not even a bottle opener. We couldn't shut an eye, we heard every breath of the neighbor. The walls are paper thin. At 7 am the building site just in front of the door started to make the most horrible noises until 11am when we had to leave. I understand that they are not responsible of the building site, however, it would have been nice to be informed and then be able to decide for ourselves if we like to stay there or not. This was never the case and when I told them about what happened the next day, they didn't even answer to my message. That shows me clearly that there was no interest in my opinion.

I had an issue with online check-in so I rang but told no key code until I completed. As a solo female it was somewhat concerning. . List of rules & fines - eg cleaning fee inc but I had to dispose of waste myself - otherwise a fine. I had filter for balcony but none. Restaurant noise outside & builders 8am. Minimum cutlery & toiletries.
