“A Cozy Beachside Retreat with a Thoughtful Host”

We had a wonderful stay at Apartamento Joanna Playa during our trip through southern Spain. The apartment may be small, but it’s incredibly well-organized, and you can feel the host’s thoughtful care and attention to detail throughout. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we were truly impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful—responsive, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay a pleasant one. It made a huge difference and made us feel right at home. That said, once we settled in, everything else was smooth and relaxing. The apartment’s location near the beach was perfect for enjoying the coast, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely a recommended stay for those looking for a peaceful and well-managed base near the sea!

To be improved

The only downside—though minor—is that you need to pick up the keys from a beachside restaurant, which is about a 3–5 minute drive from the actual apartment. Parking near the restaurant was nearly impossible when we arrived, and finding the apartment itself took a bit more time than expected, especially after a long journey.

“Exceptional”

The best

We were asked to collect the keys from.a local restaurant, very quick and easy and we stayed for lunch. The flat was excellent, well equipped, clean and no issues there at all. Good communication with the host. would return and would highly recommend.
