Kettle needed to be descaled. Shower design badly meaning it would leak on to the floor. Noisy upstairs neighbours and lots of noise from the street when trying to sleep. Seemed to be a camera in the apartment

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights, during which we had no water for 2 days and were unable to use the toilet or the shower. It took a full day to get in touch with the contact person.

It’s in a great location, spacious and the bed was very comfy. You are just two roads back from the harbour and beach front, with a very short stroll to bars and restaurants. There’s a Carfour Express just over the road from the apartment too which stocks all essential needs plus more.

To be improved

At times there was an interesting smell coming through the air-con and there should be a sign explaining that the large shower head can’t be put on full power as the drainage isn’t strong enough. Apart from that the place is perfect!

Nothing. Awful place and stay. Expensive for the price. There were no profesional at all.

Nobody replied to our request for the checking. We had to wait for hours during the night until somebody came with the keys after more that 10 calls. Also we had to pay 50 euros for waiting!!!!!. The place was very dirty, it looks differently on the picture. This property is not well managed. They are no profesional and it does not deserve the price you pay. There are other excellent properties in Alicante and managed directly by the owners with profesionalism. In this case, it is managed by no proffesional staff, while the owner takes no responsability on the state of the property and how the guests are threated. Not recommended at all.
