“While the hiccup with the check-in process was inconvenient, I appreciated the prompt response from the hostesses in resolving the issue. Despite the initial setback, the rest of my stay was pleasant and the accommodation itself met my expectations. · Cons: Firstly, the check-in time was set for 15:00, which I personally found to be a bit late compared to other places I've stayed. However, I understood and planned accordingly. Prior to arrival, I called the hostesses as instructed, who assured me that they would send automatic instructions before 15:00 on how to access the property. However, it was 15:05 and I still hadn't received any communication. After giving them a call, I finally received the instructions. However, upon following them, I discovered that the cleaner had forgotten to leave the keys in the lockbox as indicated. Needless to say, it was a frustrating situation after a long journey. I promptly contacted the hostesses again to explain the situation. They were apologetic and assured me they would rectify the issue. After a brief wait, they informed me that they were sending the cleaning lady over with the keys. She arrived 10 minutes later.”

“Very disappointing”

Very good location, it was also very clean. Nice bathroom. Modern- nice sheets.

So many broken promises: the site post said the apartment had a patio, a landmark /city view and parking. That’s why we booked it . It was a ground floor flat, bang on the street and backing onto garages. If you opened the window, passing cars and pedestrians could look straight into the place. There was certainly no view. It felt like being in a windowless box. It promised “breakfast in the apartment “ which consisted of only 2 coffee pods for the entire stay as a “courtesy “. (and milk) No parking except the local public parking , it was easier to chose our own as it was self check in. The parking was particularly important because of our circumstances. There was no interest from the owners to respond. They were just argumentative, or didn’t reply which made it even more unpleasant. It was unusual to have felt so mislead. It’s a shame , the post just needed to be honest about what it was offering.

“Nice apartment, convenient location”

Nice modern apartment, nice host. Parking nearby provided by the host. Quiet when windows are closed. Close to the center. Everything including WiFi and air condition worked well.
