Steps to property when you have suitcases to carry, not particularly friendly! We arrived midday and let into the property. At first glance, it looked basic, but ok. When we then had a proper look, the place needed a deep clean, hairs on the floor, and general dirt in the lounge with lots of dust collected around the sofa was grubby. The coffee table was metal and see through with grubby pads on the bottom. On lifting the table, there was hair and dirt underneath, which clearly hasn't been moved when cleaning. The dining table was also sticky and tacky that you couldn't put anything in it. Bins in the kitchen dirty. Bathroom- empty bottles of shower gel left in shower rack, plug area was full of hair (pubic) Also floor was covered in hairs. The sink wasn't clean, and the plug didn't work either, so I couldn't have a wash without running water. The swimming pool was unusable due to not being heated, and also, the bottom of the pool was breaking up and dirty, not maintained. Had a girl outside selling goods and was constantly asking people, which meant you couldn't sit outside or have the door open unless you listened to her all day. We contacted Sarah to inform her of our concerns, and we then left this place after one day, as we had to find somewhere else to stay. I did contact booking.com on the same day we arrived, but I have heard nothing? Sarah did offer a clean and also said she would get the pool guy to come and clean it. But to be honest, this should have been ready before we arrived, not on asking.
