Wasn’t very clean, dust and dirty tissues under beds. Wardrobe filthy. Bathroom tired with poor hot water. Only sufficient hot water for one shower. Shower blocked when we arrived. WiFi not working when we arrived took two days. Having to use a key to exit the gate is a serious issue if there was a fire. Power socket hanging off the wall in the lounge.

The best

The host was very nice and helpful, granting our wishes. The location by the beach, we also had luck with parking every time. The view is nice - you can see the sea and palm tree!

To be improved

Because it is really windy in this time of year, it is good to have good windows - the one in the main room and in one of the bedrooms are old (wooden), so the wind is constantly blowing and that makes the room cold. Also hard curtains would help to make the room darker (we have small children and they sleep during the day). If there would be proper AC with heating, that would help. The pool and area around is not the cleanest. My wife missed a larger pan :)

“Very good location, but very basic apartment.”

The owner was very kind, providing the keys earlier than the usual check-in time, and also allowing us to stay a bit longer than the usual checkout time. The swimming pool, even though it's quite small (and a bit dirty), was a nice addition.

To be improved

The interior is outdated, and very basic. The 2 bedrooms are very small. The fact that there is no AC, can be a huge issue even in October. It will be great to provide extra towels for the swimming pool.
