Apartamento junto al ayuntamiento de Santander

It was all great, no complaints at all, maybe the sofa could have been more comfortable but that's all I can think of which is why I gave the property a score of 10. There were cheaper options for apartments but we felt it was worth paying a little bit more for the comfort and location.

As previous reviewers have said the negatives are as follows: The apt was very musty & damp. It is in an old building and the outside was very shabby, surrounded by graffiti and not very appealing (see photos below). The apt is on the first floor & is very noisy. There is no elevator & the neighbours pass by when entering & exiting the building via a noisy wooden staircase. There was little natural light & no air conditioning. The bathrooms were worn, water gushed out of the shower which only had a a flimsy shower curtain & soaked the floor. Poor quality beds/bed linen, the sofa was very uncomfortable. No parking, it is basic student accommodation & we could not recommend a stay here.
