Apartamento Karola 3 IF Benidorm

Very basic kettle didn't switch itself off no hot water in bathroom sink, and a little noisy in night on sofa bed .Also like light fitting in living room hanging from ceiling. I have stayed in Karola apartments many times but I won't be using this one again

pool in very poor condition no loungers would of been nice if there was some place to leave luggage when your flight not till late evening

No enough pillows for the beds… 1 each is not enough. Need to provide a tea towel Need to tell guest to empty the air con bottles Needs More clothes hangers No oven A few reading lights or lamps A few repairs need doing… sink, both wardrobes, table , chair, wobbly toilet, Don’t be put off when entering the building it’s by a take away and when you get inside there is building work going on to put (I think) a wheelchair friendly lift… it would just have be nice to have been told about this before we went.

Poor finishing, light fitting rose hanging off, cracked chair (we reported), cracked bathroom sink, back of wardrobe hanging off, no English tv, other bits that didn’t affect our stay but wasn’t pleasing to the eye
