The best

We liked the accommodation itself, it was really what we expected. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is super, both rooms are comfortable, the living room is brilliant. The location was great, close to everything, even a small shop in front of the house and a cafe. You don't have to walk very far for anything, the nearest bus stop is 300m away, from there you can go to the city centre, but there are also buses to various places on the island.

To be improved

No view at all, all windows look out onto the small inner courtyard, walls on all sides, you can see into the Neighbour, they can see in. The walls are very thin, unfortunately everything is fishy, not very quiet. There is no noise from the street outside, but you can hear every movement of the Neighbours. You should also know that there is a boiler, which means that there were several occasions when there was no hot water, because not only one room uses the boiler, so sometimes it ran out in the evening when the other room was occupied and needed hot water.

“Excellent, clean, easy and well located in the old town.”

Place was better than the photos, so bright and airy with an amazing roof terrace, it was so clean and the view from the doors is glorious watching the sun rise over the terrace. Kitchen was a little small if you plan to cook but adequate, there is so much good food in Las Palmas so it’s no really necessary but great to have a glass of wine or beer on the terrace and make breakfast, should you wish. We walked the first day into new town but got the bus the rest of the time or a taxi at night as it’s quite far from the restaurants we wanted to try.
