“nice flat, but very poorly soundproofed so you live with the neighbours walking on your head”

- nice appartment with good furniture - good location with bars, restaurants & stores - very clean - we could already bring our luggage to the appartment before check-in, what we really appreciated

To be improved

- very poorly soundproofed, we could literally here the neighbours talk, walk and scream at each other, additionally one neighbour had a party one night, they did sports and the whole appartment shaked, we heard dogs barking and some construction work was ongoing - as we were not only visiting for fun, but also remote working, we asked, due to the circumstances if we would be able to cancel our stay but the host was not willing to refund anything, so we kind of coped with the situation but would never ever go there again and only recommend it if you like people walking over your head

It was quite a complicated process the gain entry to the appartment. My son who is more tec savvy than me had to read through a few times before attempting the process. Not sure I would have gained access by myself

To be improved

Otherwise everything was great. Also if hosts could ask time of check out before arrival. Only a small thing but bit annoying to be asked day before.
