“Very good”
The best

We have had an issue to which we were not 100% happy. María, the owner listened to our comments and directly took action, by informing an external factor that was involved . I am convinced the issue would not happen anymore, as she took the comment serious. What we like the most is that María was available and willing to make sure we could still have a good stay. Her actions were highly appreciated, thank you María.

To be improved

The noise of a nearby bar was not pleasant during the evening/night hours. Nothing the owners could do, it's just a fact when you stay in a popular/touristic area nearby a bar.
