“Overall we spant there whole November and we were happy to be there despite the construction works”

The location is brilliant. Only 1 minute walk from Cadiz Catedral and 3 minutes walk to the seaside. The apartment was really nice and cosy and fully equiped.

To be improved

we didnt have a physical keys to the apartment. The front door and the apartment's door open using an app on the mobile phone only. The second thing is the construction works in front of the apartment from 8-17 every weekday, which we were not informed about by the host before. They were very loud and woke us up every morning. Just to let you know that the entire huge building is being renovated so the construction works can last very long time. Moreover the sunlight doesn't reach the apartment, so it is quite dark.

“The place is well located and OK but you have the feeling to be staying in a construction site”

There are renovation works happening in the building right in front with heavy excavation noise and drilling from early morning. This place should not be rented unless weekends when there is no works.
