“The apartment is central, traditional but needs renovation, it is dirty and covered with mold”

Location was central, nice view

To be improved

Whole bathroom was covered in mold, apartment was not cleaned well, bedsheets were not changed, to make cleaning easier they just put (hopefully clean) single sheet over it
