Host was really responsive and welcoming. Apartment is in a very central location. It's great to have a balcony to watch to the world go.by. We will recommend.to friends and family.

To be improved

It would have been really useful if a booklet of information (such as how to work the cooker, location of the washing machine, where to dispose of rubbish, local restaurants & bars with any recommendations, local map etc) was included in the apartment.. Surprised for a well equipped apartment, there were no glasses at all!

“A great location when staying in Arrecife.”

Everything was superb from start to finish and the communication from Mariola was first class & also a thank you to her sister Estrella for helping us out. The location is perfect for a trip to Arrecife, right next to the Charco San Gines and the main shopping street, a short walk to the marina and just a bit further if you fancy a day at the beach but on this occasion we spent our time sunbathing on the fantastic roof terrace. The Lanzarote Open Mall is also just a short walk away and also the bus stops that will take you to Costa Teguise or Puerto del Carmen. The restaurants around the Charco are great and there are many to choose from and we also loved cafe Plazuela at the Plaza de la Constitucion. We would definitely return to the apartment if we are ever back in Arrecife.

“Beautiful apartment, wonderful property manager, central to all parts of”

The best

The apartment is so spacious and clean. Lovely to have a little balcony off the main room, as well as another one off one of the bedrooms. The host was also very communicative and kind. She even went out of her way to meet us in town to drop off a jacket we had accidentally left in the closet!

To be improved

Parking is not the easiest in Arrecife, but definitely doable. Just plan to drive for a couple minutes to find a spot on the street.
