“Excelent price for the value”
The best

Excelent price for value and very easy to live there. Appartment was clean and nice. Shops are just a few seconds from the apartment and they are open late. Parking was also great, in 10 days we never had a problem to find a spot just behind the corner. Communication with the owner was also good.

To be improved

Kitchen needs some additional eqipment, especially a kettle and some small bowls, maybe a renovation soon, but it was still ok. Bed needs some better pillows, but in general it was very good (we like harder mattress). In the area there are often some cultural events and concerts (maybe once or twice a week) and there are probably no limits for the quite hours during the night, so sometimes there was a bit of noise when you keep the windows open.

Great location, with Mercadona downstairs.. It was usually easy to find a parking spot.

To be improved

Kitchen only has the basic things. Also, the cleaning left strong, chemical odor in the apartment.
