“Great location, very clean”
The best

The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. The heating was excellent. Great service when I was unable to open the lockbox.

To be improved

The lockbox being difficult to open. The power in the whole apartment went off twice, even though we were only running a few things. Fortunately I knew to just flick the correct switch to get things going again, but it could be a major problem for someone who doesn't know how to solve this.

The host completely spammed my inbox to do check-in in a chekin.com website that is not related to booking.com at all. I said I didn't want to insert my personal data outside booking.com and the host kept sending me this spam. Also, the host only left one toilet paper roll. After using it we had to use paper from the kitchen. Aside from that, all decent

“Perfect location.”
The best

We liked how quiet and clean it was. The location was perfect. It had all the necessary amenities, most importantly having A/C during the heat wave. We really liked when they came to clean, change towels and sheets after one week. Greatly appreciated as we stayed 15 days. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We were surprised how quiet it was being at street level. We'll definitely go there again and recommend it to others.

To be improved

We had to purchase laundry detergent and toilet paper. There was no laundry detergent and not enough toilet paper for 15 days, but there's a supermarket 5 minutes away, so it wasn't a big deal.
