“Good Refuge while visiting Cordoba”

Without a doubt, it was the quietest accommodation during my week in Andalucia after staying in older buildings with an absurd lack of street soundproofing. Magdalena is a newer building, so the soundproofing was excellent upon closing the balcony door / window. In April I didn't require any temperature regulation day or night. Washing machine, toaster, dulce gusto coffee maker, sink and microwaves all lended themselves to a stay of several nights. The washing rack for drying is in a big cupboard in the bedroom. Another reviewer mentions a rooftop, which I sought for drying, but none of my supplied keys opened doors at the top of the stairway. WiFi was excellent. The bathroom was modern and clean. Approximately 10 minutes walking to Mezquita.

During my stay, the phone contact to access the building was primarily Spanish speaking, so there was some initial confusion at their end about which property I was trying to access, as it seems they operate several. Luckily, my Spanish level was just enough. During my stay, I had several questions about operating the various kitchen devices (hob, washing machine, microwave), but phoning would have been pointless given the language barrier. Infornation on the devices can be found online by searching the model. By the way, the main street door is initially unlocked remotely by phone on arrival, but then you will later access that with one of your keys (turning it to the left, if I remember correctly). The apartment door itself is then accesed by keys in a compartment you will be given the code to, on phoning them.

“Wonderful apartment with terrace.”

The best

I rented the apartment for six-week stay. Very comfortable and well located, 10 min. walk from thr center. I loved the neighbourhood, lots of local life going on. The apartment was very clean and Jorge, the manager, was very attentive and responsive to all questions. I absolutely loved the terrace (separate from the apartment).

“Great apartment, host, location and accommodation”

Amazing apartment, very clean, big space, very quiet (I got a very nice sleep), new and modern furniture and apartment, great communication with Jorge, the host, and easy to access. Fully recommend. Very clean too, and you get a bottle of water some coffee capsules and some pastry, Thanks :) really appreciate that. The location is good and quiet. Approximately around 5 minutes to enter into the main old town and around 12 minutes aprox to get the main spots or central location like Roman Bridge, Mezquita, etc. Thanks for the hospitality :)
